Directions from the Seattle area

Take I-5 South to 405 North.
Take the 167 South exit and go approx. 19 miles.
Take the 410 East exit and go approx 2 miles.
Take the 2nd exit, (Orting/Valley Ave E) & turn Right on SR162.
High Cedars is 5 miles on the right.


Directions from Olympia

Take I-5 North to the HWY 512 East exit.
Stay on HWY 512 for approx. 8 miles.
Take the Pioneer Ave exit (just past the Puyallup Fairgrounds).
Turn Right on Pioneer Ave and follow approx 2-3 miles to SR162.
Turn right on SR162 and go approx 3 miles.
High Cedars will be located on the right hand side.

We are closely monitoring the recommendations from government agencies and health care officials regarding the COVID-19 global pandemic. We are taking every precaution to ensure the safety of our guests and staff members. We want to update you on some of the measures we are taking and thank you for choosing High Cedars Golf Club.

We ask you to help us contain the spread of COVID-19 by following the guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), Governor Jay Inslee's Golf Restart COVID-19 Requirements and Recommendations and High Cedars Golf Club's additional guidelines. 

Some of these are as follows:. Please Help Us... Help You...

• If you are unwell, please stay home 

• Arrive no more than 20 minutes before scheduled tee time 

• Leave property asap after completion of round. No congregating

• We will strictly enforce the 6 foot "social distancing" CDC rule throughout the property. Please, one person on the tee box at a time

• Sand Traps have been listed as out of play. All rakes have been removed. You can pick, clean and place your ball with-out penalty 

• Cups are installed upside down, no hand contact with the cup will be necessary 

• Do Not touch or remove the pin flag 

• If you must ride, we are allowing 1 person per power cart regardless of family relationship

• Cart path restrictions - if applicable - will be placed at check-in, #1 tee box, #10 tee box 

• Check-in and power cart rental will be at window in rear of building

• Credit and Debit cards preferred... Limited cash sales

• Championship Course reversed.. Begin play at #10

Executive Course players keep receipt, we will be checking

• Pro Shop and inside restrooms to remain closed 

• Outside restrooms behind clubhouse will be open and sanitized on a frequent schedule 

• On Course restrooms and drinking fountains are closed 

• Driving Range and practice areas will be open with strict enforcement of 6-foot distancing and depending on usage, masks could be mandatory

• High Cedars Golf Club will provide garbage cans at power cart return. Cart users will be required to remove everything from the cart into provided garbage cans or take home for disposal. Please, no cans, bottles, cigarette/cigar butts, packaged goods, unused tees or balls left behind. Please do not make our staff touch any of your items. 

• HCGC staff will wash and sanitize every cart between uses, at the end of the day and at the start of the day. 

• Take out food and beverage only. One person in the Café at a time. Very limited menu with one time use disposable menu's, disposable food containers, disposable hot and cold drink cups

• High Cedars Special Event Center, full-service restaurant, and bar will remain closed

• Handwashing station outside Café Entrance. 

The health and safety of our staff and guests at High Cedars Golf Club is of the highest importance. Failure, for whatever reason, to adhere to these very simple guidelines will result in your removal from the property. We wish everyone safety and good health during this unprecedented time. We are all in this together and your continued efforts and sacrifices to keep yourself, others and High Cedars Golf Club virus-free is very much appreciated.
